Lead time is 15 to 30 days for bulk production, but the variable that moves it is rarely production capacity. It is how long the specification takes to settle. An order placed against an approved drawing runs at the short end. An order that starts with "we think it's about this size" spends two weeks in measurement and sampling before production begins, and that time is invisible on any published lead time.
MOQ is 300 to 500 pieces per size for HAF filters. The number is set by setup cost amortisation, not by materials, which is why it is per size rather than per order.
