OEM replacement HAF filter for Phoenix R200S dehumidifier

What HAF filter replaces the Phoenix R200S?

Direct answer: The Phoenix R200S uses HAF filter part number 4029625. Nantong Deli (SKU: DL-HAF-P200S) manufactures a direct OEM-compatible replacement with identical dimensions (445 × 270 × 6 mm) and electrostatic open-channel media — free samples in 7 days.

The Phoenix R200S is a professional LGR dehumidifier widely used by water damage restoration contractors. Its HAF (High Air Flow) filter uses electrostatic open-channel media to maintain the high CFM throughput that makes LGR dehumidifiers effective. Nantong Deli's DL-HAF-P200S provides the same performance at factory-direct pricing.

FAQ

What HAF filter replaces the Phoenix R200S?
Phoenix R200S uses part 4029625. Deli DL-HAF-P200S is a direct OEM-compatible replacement at 445 × 270 × 6 mm with electrostatic open-channel media.
Is the Phoenix R200S filter the same as the LGR 700 filter?
No. Phoenix R200S: 4029625, 445 × 270 × 6 mm. Dri-Eaz LGR 700: F284, 457 × 279 × 6 mm. These are different sizes — use the correct SKU for each machine.
How often should the Phoenix R200S filter be replaced?
Every 1–4 weeks in active restoration. Monitor CFM — a measurable drop means replace immediately. Never wash HAF filters.
Does Deli supply HAF filters for other Phoenix models?
Yes. DL-HAF-P250S (R250S) and DL-HAF-PRXL (RXL) are available. See the full HAF compatibility chart for all Phoenix-compatible SKUs.

The Phoenix Filter Family — Four Sizes, One Media

Phoenix runs four filter sizes across its LGR range, all using the same electrostatic open-channel media at 6 mm depth. What changes between them is the face area, which tracks the airflow rating of the machine rather than any difference in filtration.

For a contractor this is useful, because it means performance expectations transfer across the fleet: the media behaves identically in an R200S and an RXL, and only the part number changes. What does not transfer is the dimension — R200S at 445 × 270 × 6 mm and R250S at 480 × 300 × 6 mm are 35 mm and 30 mm apart, which is enough to leave a bypass gap in either direction.

Ordering across the Phoenix range

We hold tooling for the R200S, R250S and RXL sizes, so a mixed order across the range ships as one consignment on one lead time. For the R200 predecessor, dimensions should be verified against a physical sample first — Phoenix changed the housing between generations and the earlier part is not a straight carry-over.

R200S in Rental Fleets

The R200S is heavily represented in rental and hire fleets, which changes the filtration economics compared with a contractor-owned machine. A rental unit goes out to an unknown job, comes back with an unknown number of running hours, and goes out again — often within the same day.

Inspection-based replacement does not work in that model, because nobody knows what the machine has been through. The practical approach used by the better-run fleets is to replace the filter on every return regardless of appearance, and to price the filter into the hire rate. At factory-direct cost the filter is a small fraction of a single day's hire, and it removes the risk of sending a contaminated unit to the next customer.

This is also why rental operators tend to be our largest repeat buyers by volume: the consumption rate is set by turnover, not by wear.
