HDC Series — MoistAir and Kenmore Fitment
The HDC range covers the MoistAir and Kenmore console and tabletop platforms. These are the highest-volume aftermarket sizes in North America, and the HDC2R, HDC311 and HDC411 share a single 6.25 × 10.75 × 2.38 in footprint.

Console wicks in the 1041, 1043 and 1045 sizes carry the highest failure rate in the field because their unsupported span is widest. Our console wicks use a reinforced cross-member in the media stack — the failure mode and the fix are covered in why humidifier wicks collapse.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which AirCare wick fits my humidifier?
Match the part number printed on your old wick, or measure the filter cavity and compare it with the dimension table above. The most common console sizes are 1041 (9.75 x 16.75 x 5 in) and 1045 (11.5 x 16.75 x 5 in); the most common tabletop sizes are 1040 (8.5 x 8.75 x 1.5 in) and 1044 (8 x 7.5 x 1.5 in). If you are unsure, send a photo of the old wick and the humidifier model number to amanda@ntdeli.top.
Is the 1043 SuperWick really 11 x 12 x 4 inches?
Yes, that is the figure AirCare publishes on its own 1043 product page. Marketplace listings for the same part circulate two other numbers (11.7 x 11.0 x 4.0 in and 12 x 3.5 x 1 in) which contradict each other and the brand page. We quote and tool against the brand figure, and we confirm against your physical sample before production.
Do you supply the 1050 and 1051 air filters as well as the wicks?
Yes. Those two are the electrostatic plus carbon air filters used alongside the wick in console units: 1050 measures 7.125 x 7.5 x 1 in and 1051 measures 10.5 x 18 x 1 in per AirCare's product pages. AirCare does not publish a service interval for either part; detailed information please contact amanda@ntdeli.top.
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per size for standard and custom specifications, including private-label packaging. Sample quantities of 1 to 10 pieces are available for fit and quality evaluation before a bulk order, with a 7 to 10 business day lead time.
Can you produce a size that is not in the table?
Yes. Roughly half of our humidifier wick output is cut to customer drawings rather than to a catalogue size. Send a drawing, a cavity measurement or a physical sample and we will quote against it. Tooling for a new wick size is not charged separately at MOQ 500 and above.
