Which Levoit Consumable Do You Actually Need?
This is the first thing to establish, because the two systems are not interchangeable.

If your unit produces a visible cool mist plume it is almost certainly
ultrasonic and does not take a wick. If it has a fan and no visible plume, it is

Does my Levoit humidifier need a filter at all?
It depends on the technology, not the price. Levoit's ultrasonic models (Classic 300S, Dual 150, Dual 200S, LV600S, LV600HH, OasisMist 450S and 1000S) have no wick; their consumable is a demineralization cartridge that softens minerals to stop white dust. Only the evaporative models (Sprout, Superior 6000S, Superior Studio) use a replaceable wick filter. Buying a wick for an ultrasonic unit is the single most common ordering error in this range.
What are the dimensions of the Levoit Superior 6000S filter?
Levoit publishes a product page for the 4-pack and states a service life of 3 or more months, but it does not publish filter dimensions, and no Levoit service document we could find lists them. detailed information please contact amanda@ntdeli.top. Can you manufacture Levoit-compatible demineralization cartridges?
Yes. The cartridge is an ion-exchange resin device rather than a filter medium, and it fits any Levoit top-fill unit with a tank opening wider than 3.5 cm and a capacity up to 2 gallons. Resin grade, mesh and housing are all specified per customer requirement.
Why does my Levoit ultrasonic humidifier leave white dust?
Ultrasonic units atomise whatever is dissolved in the water, so the dissolved mineral content is aerosolised along with it and settles as white dust on nearby surfaces. A demineralization cartridge reduces it by exchanging the hardness ions before atomisation. The full mechanism is set out in our guide on humidifier white dust.
What is the minimum order for a Levoit-compatible part?
500 pieces per size, the same as our other humidifier consumables, including private-label packaging. We need either a physical sample or an approved drawing before tooling; sample lead time is 7 to 10 business days after drawing approval.
